The
Pikake lei got its name from Hawaii's Princess Kaiulani, who compared its exotic beauty to
the peacocks that roamed her garden. Its intoxicating fragrance and extremely delicate
cream colored blossoms make it an island treasure. Pikake blossoms are usually hand-picked
in the early mornings to assure the freshest and most fragrant blossoms. The
Three-strand Pikake is only available seasonally to allow time for the treasured blossoms
to replenish.
