Non-delivery Liability Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to local or national weather conditions (as determined by FedEx); national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events beyond our control, such as weather phenomena, strikes or natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes are examples of natural disasters); conditions that present danger to company personnel; and disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and criminal acts. Upon the occurrence of any of these events, FedEx will make reasonable efforts to transport and deliver packages to their destination as quickly as possible under the circumstances.
