Substitution - Flowers or colors may be substituted without notice, due to availability of flowers or seasonal condition. 

  • We cannot guarantee orders received less than 5 business days prior to requested delivery date.

  • Maile is not  shipped to California and will be substituted with Ti-leaf Maile lei without notice.  

  • Lei selection may substituted without notice, if order is received less than 5 business days prior to requested delivery date and your lei selection is not available.

  • You may indicate second choice of lei if first choice is not available in the "Card Message" section of the Order Form.

Shipping Options - All prices include 2 day FedEx shipping or 3-day U.S. priority mail according to categories..  

  • Additional $8 for Standard Overnight service.

  • Additional $15 for Priority or Saturday delivery service where available

  • If order is received less than 4 business days prior to requested delivery date, additional $8 or $15 may be charged, if necessary, for Standard Overnight or Priority service.

Shipping to Alaska - please call our office (808-4415347) for shipping schedule and charges.

  • Shipping to Alaska can take 1 to 3 days depending on the area.

  • If the area is remote, there will be an extra charge of $10-$30 per shipment.

Shipping to California - There may be a delay in delivery to California.

  • The California Department of Agriculture inspects packages containing agricultural products. If this causes a delay in delivery, Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be responsible for the delay and no refund will be given. Every effort will be made to track the package and have it delivered as soon as it is released from inspection. Royal Hawaiian Lei is bound by FedEx delivery service policies and guarantee, as well as the policies of the California Department of Agriculture.

  • We do not ship Maile to California.

Signature Release - All shipments are sent signature release except for order over $500.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, Federal Express will leave it. If they believe the package will be tampered with or damaged if left, it will be returned to the FedEx facility and delivered the next business day.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be responsible for stolen packages, unsatisfactory condition of lei due to extended exposure to weather conditions, or delay in delivery.

  • Once the package has been delivered, we are no longer liable for shipment.

Incorrect Address - Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be responsible for incorrect recipient's address.

  • Please be sure to include the COMPLETE delivery address.   For example, be sure to specify street versus avenue, apartment or suite number, and indicate directional notes (i.e. N. School St. rather than School St.).

  • If an incorrect address is provide, a $10 re-routing fee will automatically be charged without notice. FedEx will attempt to find the correct address and complete the delivery. Royal Hawaiian Lei shall not be responsible for damage or unsatisfactory lei due to an undeliverable address.

  • Royal Hawaiian Lei is bound by FedEx delivery policies.   Therefore, lei cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Non-delivery Liability

  • Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to local or national weather conditions (as determined by FedEx); national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events beyond our control, such as weather phenomena, strikes or natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes are examples of natural disasters); conditions that present danger to company personnel; and disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and criminal acts.

  • Upon the occurrence of any of these events, FedEx will make reasonable efforts to transport and deliver packages to their destination as quickly as possible under the circumstances.
