Signature Release - All shipments are sent signature release. If no one is available to receive the package, Federal Express will leave it. If they believe the package will be tampered with or damaged if left, it will be returned to the FedEx facility and delivered the next business day. If no one is available to receive the package, Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be responsible for stolen packages, unsatisfactory condition of lei due to extended exposure to weather conditions, or delay in delivery. Once the package has been delivered, we are no longer liable for shipment.
