Incorrect Address - Royal Hawaiian Lei will not be responsible for incorrect recipient's address. Please be sure to include the COMPLETE delivery address.   For example, be sure to specify street versus avenue, apartment or suite number, and indicate directional notes (i.e. N. School St. rather than School St.). If an incorrect address is provide, a $10 re-routing fee will automatically be charged without notice. FedEx will attempt to find the correct address and complete the delivery. Royal Hawaiian Lei shall not be responsible for damage or unsatisfactory lei due to an undeliverable address. Royal Hawaiian Lei is bound by FedEx delivery policies.   Therefore, lei cannot be shipped to post office boxes.
